Limited edition Print. Morning Light across the Bay, Falmouth. By Ted Dyer

New

Ted Dyer’s dreamy limited edition print is of the seafront in Falmouth captured in the morning light. Ted is looking towards the east with Pendennis Castle on the headland and the early sun lending a soft warm summer blue-greyness to the calm yet sparking water. Ted captures water and the light in a way that few artists can. The warm glowing seaside colours will delight for years to come.

In the print 'Morning Light across the Bay' we can see there are a few sloops sailing fairly close to the shore, back lit by the sun, that has risen in the east and now throws an all enveloping early summery haze across the whole scene.

A small amount of beach in front of the waves breaking on the shore shows that the tide is fairly high reflecting even more light onto the clifftop of lovely pink evergreen flowers that are just opening this morning.

A little later when the sun goes down these flowers will close until the sun rises again. Hopefully accompanied by yet another gorgeous Cornish day.
