A first grade class in Atlanta USA benefitted from a 45 minute questions and answers session with artist John Dyer on the art and science of the Amazon rainforest.

This summer, the King Harry Ferry is exhibiting artwork by acclaimed local artists John Dyer and Joanne Short. The series of prints, reminiscent of vintage 1930s travel posters, capture the subtropical beauty of the Roseland Peninsular. Bursting with colour, the artwork showcases the villages, beaches, and harbours that can be found on this spectacular area of coastline.
In recent months we have licensed a range of our paintings to the Cornish publishers http://www.artecodesigns.com who have just added another seven designs to The John Dyer Gallery art card range. The range now has 31 cards in the greetings cards range and also features packs of notecards with 3 John Dyer and 3 Joanne Short cards packed together.

Chef Valerie Fabbretti and creative Sara Baistrocchi have been inspired by the art of John Dyer and his famous painting held at the Falmouth Art Gallery called 'Gateway to Cornwall'. The result is an amazing summer fruit tart !
As parents of a year 6 child at Mylor Bridge school in Cornwall we were approached by the head teacher to see if we would agree to run a 'Painting with John Dyer' art workshop at their Porlofest event. The event was all based around health and wellbeing so we gladly welcomed the suggestion and set about planning a project for the event.
Wildlife has always had a significant place in my life. I simply adored growing up on the north coast of Cornwall at Holywell Bay. The only sounds at night in the summer would be the crickets and the gentle distant sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It was absolutely magical and I feel nourished by that experience still.
